RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return for store credit or return for an exchange. You may return any unused and unwashed items with the original tags and packaging.
How to be eligible for a return
The item must be free of any makeup stains, tan, scented perfumes / deodorants or pet hair. Items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bydevineco.com. To be eligible for a return, your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. By Devine Co will not accept return requests beyond this specified period. Please include your original order number, the name and style of the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).
Faulty Items
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us at info@bydevineco.com with photographic evidence within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. By Devine Co will be responsible for covering shipping costs and a shipping label will be provided to you via email. Unfortunately, any issues reported beyond this timeframe will not be accepted as determining the cause becomes more difficult, and the item cannot be classified as faulty.
Processing of your return
Once your return has been approved by our team we kindly request that you dispatch the item from your end within 7 days. This will guarantee a smooth handling of your return request. Please be aware that items not received back at our facility within a 20-day period from initiating your return will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your returned item/s, store credit or the desired exchanged order will be fulfilled. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
