What days are orders dispatched?

Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched Monday - Friday.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of your order placement for dispatch. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

What factors can affect order dispatch times?

Order dispatch times may vary on promotional days or during periods of high order volumes.

Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?

We primarily ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Any order placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

I need my order urgently dispatched, is there anything I can do?

If you require expedited dispatch to ensure delivery by a certain date, please notify our team via info@bydevineco.com or use the messenger bubble on the bottom right hand side of our website, we will make every effort to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on location.

What if I need to change my address after placing my order?

Please contact our team straight away at info@bydevineco.com, we will make every effort to update the shipping address for your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

 How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be available once your order has been dispatched via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate. If you can't locate a dispatch email please check your junk/spam folder. 

If you still can't locate the email, please contact info@bydevineco.com.

What happens if there is a delay in the shipment of my order?

Delays may be caused by unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay please contact our team at info@bydevineco.com for assistance. 

Orders outside of Australia 

Please note By Devine Co will not be held liable for customs duties or taxes. This is inclusive of any fees that may occur from international orders from Australia. By Devine Co does not have control over these fees and is the purchasers/customers responsibility.
